Combat Essentials Training

 

Combat Essentials will be an all-day, comprehensive, interactive lecture on how to maximize your ‘out-of-the-ring’ training for combat sports. Geared for athletes competing in MMA, Muay Thai, Boxing, Judo, Wrestling, Karate, Tae Kwon Do, and more, it’s also ideal for their coaches, trainers, and anyone looking to be in fighter fit shape.

Topics covered will include basic strength training, advanced strength training, odd object training, conditioning and lactic acid tolerance training, nutrition, and program design. Moreover, we’ve added a new, top-secret, blow-you-away revolutionary, never before seen, “Why didn’t I think of this?” brutally hard, but gives astronomical results combat training protocol session!
