I know it sounds too good to be true, but our 1-on-1 Personal Training clients have been getting these results for years, and now you can too without the high price tag.
Group Training offers all the benefits of personal training with the added bonus of training with like- minded people who motivate each other. It also reduces YOUR cost substantially.
The week will be set up in a “Day1, Day2, Day 3” format, meaning that Day 1 is Monday/Tuesday, Day 2 is Wednesday/Thursday and Day 3 is Friday/Saturday. If you can’t make the Monday session, come to Tuesday. Get the idea?
Training will be centered on basic barbell movements (squat, press, deadlift) and will have regressions and progressions for those with injuries and specific goals.
We will do a main exercise followed by well- chosen assistance work which will be done with active rest, circuits, and metabolic intervals and ABS!
This formula GUARANTEES that you will get stronger, leaner and be the best that you can be in short time. I am more excited about this program than anything we have offered in the past and you should be too.

Pricing:
1-on-1 personal training is priced at $75.00 per session, but the Total Performance Method group training is as little as $14.00 per session. You get the same quality of coaching and programming at a drastically reduced cost! How do we do this?
By coaching you in small groups.
TPS offers several different options for you. EFT is the best and least expensive option. Here is how it breaks down:
4 month EFT - $215*/mo. (2 cycles)
