531 Group Training-Learn to do it right in Everett, Ma.

 

Jim Wender’s 531 training system has taken the world by storm and for good reason. It is simple, effective and it works.

531 is based around the squat, bench press, deadlift, overhead press and power clean.

It works off of simple arithmetic. By using percentages of a one rep max and keeping the work to the minimum amount necessary, you make constant progress.
