Training Day
Training Day:
The next TPS Training Day is scheduled for May 19th and we are Deadlifting.
The Deadlift is one of the best lifts for strength that exists. As I have said before, it is also given a bad rap as a dangerous lift. It is not dangerous when performed correctly! It is one of the best lifts for size, strength and building a bullet-proof lower back.

Come to TPS on the 19th and be warmed up and ready to pull. We will teach you how to deadlift properly and put all the naysayers to shame. We will be focusing on the traditional deadlift, but will cover Sumo if you prefer to pull that way.
Beginners to advanced lifters are all welcome. If you compete, bring your gear—we will show you how to get every pound out if it. If you have no idea what you are doing, bring your eagerness to learn and we will help you be the best that you can be.

You already know that Team TPS is exactly that, proven and experienced.
Training Day is open to members and non-members alike. It is quickly becoming an event that is drawing people from all over the state and neighboring states. Don't miss out. You can register online now or on the day-of at the Front Desk.
