TPSUHave you noticed the amount of training and nutritional information that is available today?  The Internet alone is filled with one ‘new research finding’ after another, keeping everyone in a constant state of flux.  Fitness enthusiasts are overwhelmed and confused while fitness professionals have got to keep up or the industry will pass them by.

So how do you successfully weed out the vital information from all the fluff?
That’s easy.  Whether your interests lie in athletic training, sports nutrition, weight loss, strength and conditioning or additional fitness certifications, TPS University© offers courses to meet your needs.

What is TPS University?
TPS University© grew out of our grass roots campaign to further educate not only ourselves, but also our clients, colleagues and associates, with the best, possible knowledge available.

Beginning in 1999, we knew there was a better way for critical training and nutritional information to reach everyone.  We decided we would bring in the leading experts and let them discuss firsthand the knowledge that they had taken a lifetime to acquire, saving area students time and money.

Since then, it has quickly grown into a solid schedule worth of classes taught by many of today’s top talent and attended by hundreds of fitness professionals, coaches, athletes, and enthusiasts alike.

We feature seminars, lectures, and events throughout the year on a variety of subjects like:
•    Performance Nutrition
•    Strength & Conditioning
•    Fat Loss/Physique Transformation
•    Improving Your Personal Training Skills
•    Kettlebells
•    Women’s Only Training
•    Powerlifting
•    Maximizing Your Powerlifting Equipment
•    Maximize Your Bench Press
•    Strength & Flexibility for Golfers
•    Strongman

What happens at TPS University?
Although our seminar formats may vary depending upon the subject, a typical seminar will consist of a jammed packed program right out of the gate.

The morning session will kick off with each key speaker addressing the attendees in a typical class room type of environment.  Much of the fundamental information is presented at this time and note taking can be vital.

After a short lunch break, the practical portion is presented and the class may continue as a whole or students may be broken into smaller groups for numerous hands-on workshops.

Who should attend?
Personal Trainers and Fitness Professionals, Strength/Sport/Athletic Coaches, Athletes, Occupational/Physical Therapists, Doctors, TPS Members and anyone else interested in Strength, Fitness and Nutrition!

What makes TPS University better than my professional accreditation?
It's not. It is a way to rise above the level that you are at now.
A lot of personal trainers have a negative attitude towards continuing education.  Many courses feel like nothing more than a never-ending repetition of the same old information or a bunch of useless trivial facts which will be forgotten the next day.  Worse still, using online quizzes will not increase your practical know-how.  So stop taking those boring classes; get into the gym and get dirty!  At TPS University©, you’ll get the best hands-on knowledge from the industry’s top experts without ever leaving New England.

Do you offer Continuing Education Credits (CEU’s or CEC’s)?
Yes.  All of our courses receive CEU’s from ISSA.  Remember, CEU’s are more than a requirement; they’re a necessary part of maintaining your professional credential.  CEU’s assures your clients and other fitness professionals that you’re serious about your career and that keeping up with the best information out there are essential element for long term success.

Do you offer flexible payment options?
Most of our seminars are eligible for payment plans.  Please check the details on each seminar to see if payments are available.
