Group X at TPS

 

If you haven’t been to a Total Performance Sports Group X class, then you’re missing out on one of the best workouts around. Our Group X classes are designed to give you maximum fitness in a minimum amount of time and get you motivated to keep coming back for more.  And the best part is, they’re almost all FREE with your membership!

We offer a wide variety of fun and exciting classes to keep you moving regardless of your fitness level.  From kettlebells to boxing, to yoga and pilates, TPS Group X has something for everyone.

Most classes include a warm up, conditioning, abs and a cool down while others will incorporate other specialties, such as skills and drills, depending on the class.  We’ve even built in exercise options  to accommodate different levels of fitness. We encourage you to try them all and see which ones you like the best.
