Welcome to Total Performance Sports, New England’s perennial leader in strength and conditioning, Boxing , Muay Thai and personal training. We are located in Everett, Mass. just three miles from downtown Boston. Total Performance serves members from many surrounding communities like Medford, Chelsea, Charlestown, Saugus, Malden, East Boston, Somerville and more. We are a destination location. TPS is easily accessible using the MBTA too.

Since 1999, our unique approach to fitness and our accomplished staff of trainers has earned us national acclaim. Total Performance Sports was recently named One of America’s Top 20 Gyms by Men’s Health magazine not once, but twice and we have been featured in over 30 publications nationwide. TPS has been consulted by Men's Fitness, Men's Health, Muscle and Fitness Magazine, CNN, The Boston Sunday Globe Magazine, and many others.
Our mission at Total Performance Sports is results. We live in a culture today that is saturated with fitness trends, and we know it can be bewildering to navigate through what merely sounds good and what actually works. Our staff is not only well-versed in the fundamentals of fitness; we are constantly reading and studying the latest trends in the exercise world to sort out what is useful to our member’s goals and what is simply designed to take their money. At TPS we believe that if you are going to spend the time and effort in a gym, you should be getting better. We welcome ANYONE who wishes to train hard. Those interested in Crossfit style training, boxing classes and Muay Thai, personal training, Strongman, women's fitness and more are all equally welcome and mentored at TPS.

Our Personal Training, Group X Fitness Classes, Boxing & Muay Thai, Sport Specific Training, Kettlebell classes and Strength Training have helped athletes and everyday people alike not only achieve their goals, but set new goals for themselves and break barriers they previously thought impossible.
Our team is comprised of professional strength coaches, former professional athletes, ISSA/NSCA/IKFF certified trainers, and championship strength athletes. Regardless of their previous level of expertise, we put all of our coaches through an extensive “internship” program so we know they are on board with our philosophy of progressive, results-oriented, no-bull training. Here you will never have to second-guess the qualifications of your trainer; they know because they have been there!
